John C Both, DO
Dr Both graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1989. He is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
Dr Both has been providing care in northwest Ohio for the past 30 years.
Caitlin Roth, CNP-BC
Caitlin Roth is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She has worked as a provider for nine years in internal medicine in both skilled nursing and post-acute care.
She attended Case Western Reserve University for her bachelor’s degree in nursing and graduated in 2008. She continued her education at the University of Cincinnati and graduated with her master’s degree in 2013. She is board-certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) as an adult-geriatric primary care nurse practitioner.
